Program Name: Advantage Lending SMS Notifications
What Messages You Will Receive: If you opt in, Advantage Lending, LLC will send you text messages regarding your mortgage loan application or account, including but not limited to: application processing status, document requests, closing appointment reminders, account updates, and customer support communications. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent through this program.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive text messages by (a) checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online loan application process, or (b) by texting START to your assigned Advantage Lending phone number. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your loan status and account activity.
Costs: There is no fee from Advantage Lending for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Consult your carrier’s pricing plan for details.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Advantage Lending, or by calling 919-532-7300. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to be processed.
